The ZEISS ATOS LRX is equipped with an advanced ultra-bright laser source that enables 3D scanning even in difficult ambient light conditions. By capturing a large measurement area, the system is the first choice for fast large-area scanning of surfaces, even dark or shiny surfaces, and still provides accurate high-resolution data.

Laser compressor
The built-in laser source compressor couples several laser sources together to produce very bright light. It can illuminate the entire measurement area (up to 4 square meters) with a very short exposure time, thus increasing the scanning speed.

Highly safe
Despite the use of laser light, the ZEISS ATOS LRX guarantees maximum safety for manual use: The built-in sensor directly monitors the safety distance to the user and reduces the light intensity if necessary. The resulting non-witnessed laser protection class 2 allows the system to be operated without any further protective measures.

Interactive functions
ZEISS ATOS LRX supports interactive functions such as probe pair measurement, real-time tracking and feedback. The sensor can be controlled by a PC or remote control.
