In order to solve the rapid repair needs that must be solved for the continuous and reliable operation of large equipment under complex working conditions, Huirui has innovatively developed and launched a new standard mobile laser cladding equipment based on the original equipment. The equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, high precision, mobility, high anti-reflection, high stability, and flexible operation. The overall structure adopts modular design, which is convenient for hoisting and transportation. It is small and convenient, with beautiful overall design. It can be quickly assembled to carry out cladding operations, and has a high cost performance. The equipment uses PLC as the core, which can realize centralized control of lasers, powder feeders, and manipulators. Through the operation of the robot teaching pendant, laser cladding and additive manufacturing of various workpiece surfaces can be realized.
