The equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, high precision, mobility, high anti-reflection, high stability, flexible operation, etc. The overall structure adopts modular design, which is convenient for hoisting and transportation. It is small and convenient, with beautiful overall design, can be quickly assembled to carry out cladding operations, and has a high cost performance. The equipment uses PLC as the core, which can realize centralized control of the laser, powder feeder, and manipulator, and can be operated through the robot teaching pendant to realize laser cladding and additive manufacturing of various workpiece surfaces.
