The Greenstone G-Automatic Laser Cladding Equipment for Mold Punches is specially developed for the precision repair and surface strengthening of mold punches. This equipment integrates linear modules, two-axis positioners, and automated loading and unloading devices to ensure high-precision additive manufacturing. It supports multi-material laser cladding and is suitable for material research, direct metal forming, and surface reinforcement. The system is centered on a highly integrated control module, precision servo motors, laser head, and powder feeding device to ensure safe operation, precise shape control, and rapid forming. Its open software architecture provides flexible parameter adjustments, enabling adaptation to stringent production requirements.
