Presentation of the equipment's characteristics
The robot slide rail cladding equipment is a large-scale repair and surface remanufacturing system independently developed by our company based on an industrial six-axis robot and slide rails. It is suitable for the repair and surface strengthening of large industrial parts.
- It can be equipped with a 10000W laser, an industrial six-axis robot, a cladding width of 0.5-30mm, a maximum slide travel of 10m, and can be used with a spindle turntable or a positioner;
- The spindle turntable has a maximum speed of 1000rpm and a maximum clamping length of 3m, which can take into account high and low speed cladding of the workpiece;
- The positioner has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 5t, and can be used together to achieve cladding of curved surfaces with more complex spaces;
- The equipment is easy to operate, and the laser is stable, continuous and controllable. With our company’s independently developed powder feeder, laser head, and nozzle, we can flexibly select cladding materials and related processes according to needs, such as iron-based, nickel-based, cobalt-based, titanium alloys, etc., for size repair and surface strengthening.
