The robot laser intelligent additive manufacturing system is a laser cladding processing system independently developed by our company with a robot as the core of motion, which can adapt to various complex structures and non-standard parts. The system has flexible configurations and can be configured with robots of different specifications according to customer application scenarios. At the same time, positioners, turntables, and slides can be selected to adapt to laser cladding processing and surface treatment of workpieces of different processing types.

Equipment features
- The robot is a well-known domestic and foreign brand, with a wingspan of 1m-2.5m and a load capacity of 7-70kg;
- The maximum motion repetitive positioning accuracy can reach ±0.03mm, and the laser power is 2000-12000W;
- The software and hardware systems have good openness and operability, which is convenient for upgrading and expanding new functions;
- Equipped with Huirui’s independently developed laser head, nozzle and powder feeder, it can accurately control the powder feeding flow and spot size to meet the needs of high-precision parts for efficient repair and molding;
- Equipped with a slide, turntable or cradle positioner, it can achieve eight-axis synchronous linkage and high-precision positioning with the robot, which can meet the repair or molding of complex parts;
- It can be configured with independently developed offline programming and slicing software to generate robot trajectory codes for complex parts;
- It can be configured with independently developed coaxial visual positioning function to realize visualization of the repair area and the two-dimensional morphology of the molten pool during the repair process.
