The system supports additional components such as rollers and tailstocks, allowing for simultaneous high-quality cladding of both the outer wall and inner bore. It ensures stable production of both thin coatings (0.1~0.3mm) and medium-thickness coatings (0.3~1.5mm), and can also accommodate multi-layer cladding under special conditions, significantly expanding its application range.
The GUX-630iO excels in both efficiency and economic performance. The ultra-high-speed cladding line speed reaches 50m/min, with a forming efficiency of 1㎡/h, delivering three times the cladding efficiency compared to traditional methods. The equipment boasts a material utilization rate of up to 90%, and the cladding layer surface is exceptionally smooth, allowing for direct grinding and polishing, greatly reducing subsequent processing steps and costs. Additionally, the overall operating costs of the equipment are only one-third of those associated with traditional cladding processes. By enhancing process consistency and quality control, the GUX-630iO offers a high-performance, low-cost integrated laser cladding solution for both outer wall and inner bore cladding.
