The principle of laser composite cleaning is to use continuous laser as heat conduction output, so that the attachments to be cleaned absorb energy to generate gasification and plasma clouds, and form thermal expansion pressure between the metal material and the attachments, reducing the bonding force between the two. When the pulsed laser output beam, the vibration shock wave generated will directly separate the attachments with weak bonding force from the metal surface, and the cleaning efficiency can reach 4-5 times that of the single-pulse laser cleaning system in the same power range.
