The facility is used for laser cleaning of aerospace parts, high-speed rail wheelsets, subway wheelsets and other mechanical equipment. Traditionally, it takes 50 minutes to clean one wheel, but Greenstone-Tech uses a composite laser cleaning process, which takes only 8 minutes at the fastest.

Greenstone’s 6KW continuous laser + 1KW pulse composite laser cleaning process makes up for the lack of power through process optimization. The cleaning efficiency of this product is 500% of that of a 1KW single pulse laser cleaning machine. It is one of the most efficient laser cleaning products on the market. Combined with automation, it is widely used in rail transportation, aerospace and other fields. Traditional cleaning has low efficiency, poor job environment, serious environmental pollution, many personnel, and low economic benefits, while laser cleaning can reach Sa3 level: there is no visible grease, dirt, oxide scale, rust, paint coating and impurities on the surface, and the surface has a uniform metallic color. It takes 50 minutes to clean a high-speed rail wheel set traditionally, but only 8 minutes with Greenstone’s composite laser cleaning system.
