This laser cladding head is a core product independently developed and launched by our company that is suitable for various laser cladding applications. It has diversified interface settings and can be used with various lasers. It can achieve efficient and stable long-term operation in industrial laser cladding applications.
The laser cladding head mainly provides laser path transformation and focusing for laser cladding, generating sufficient energy density to melt metal powder. It is divided into straight type and turning type according to the different optical paths. A protective mirror module is set above the collimation module to protect the optical fiber plug from contaminating the collimation lens during the plugging and unplugging process; a protective mirror module is set below the focusing module to protect the sputtering during the cladding process from affecting the focusing lens.
1. Laser-grade optical modular design, can be assembled into straight or bent optical paths according to application requirements;
2. Applicable to up to 12KW fiber laser or semiconductor laser;
3. According to the requirements of cladding, it can be equipped with different optical lenses and modules to output different spot sizes as required (circular spot with a diameter of 0.5mm-5.0mm; the maximum output of strip spot is 24mm×3mm);
4. The coaxiality of the laser optical path is precisely adjustable;
5. The laser energy transmittance is ≥99.5%;
6. The shockproof sealing design is adopted, and the water circulation is configured to ensure the working environment temperature of the lens and prevent condensation;
7. The protective window design prevents dust and smoke from contaminating the lens during cladding;
8. The overall weight of the surface hardened aluminum alloy is ≤10kg;
9. The coaxial visual imaging function can be configured for visual teaching positioning and real-time monitoring of the molten pool.

Optional module description
- Imaging module: can realize debugging and correction based on the cladding condition of the substrate surface through coaxial illumination;
- Real-time imaging and closed-loop feedback control: can monitor the size, shape, temperature, etc. of the molten pool formed by laser cladding in real time, and capture and feed back the relevant parameters to the control system in real time for real-time adjustment, so as to obtain a more stable and high-quality cladding effect;
- Shaping module: can realize the output of large strip-shaped light spots, greatly improving the cladding efficiency.
Laser cladding head quick-change device
The quick-change device developed by our company realizes the connection between the robot and the laser head, quickly switches the cooperation between laser heads of different specifications and the robot, can switch freely in a variety of processes, and cooperates with the rotating platform to adapt to the cladding and welding process requirements of workpieces of various shapes, materials and sizes.

The switching of the tool head requires manual operation by the operator. The specific steps are as follows:
1) Ensure that all energy sources of the equipment are safely cut off;
2) Clean the dust, welding slag, powder, etc. around the tool head, pull out the optical fiber, and wear a safety plug;
3) Cut off the powder feeding pipe, shielding gas and other pipelines between the powder feeder and the cladding head;
4) Loosen the quick-change connector and remove the high-speed cladding head;
5) Replace the broadband cladding head and lock the quick-change connector;
6) Connect the optical fiber and the cooling water shielding gas powder feeding pipe, etc.;
7) Power on the equipment and prepare for work.
