This equipment is designed for laser cladding processing of various shaft-type components with a maximum weight of ≤10 tons and a length of ≤20 meters, making it suitable for multi-variety and large-volume production. The open-structure design enables fast and efficient loading and unloading of workpieces, significantly improving workflow flexibility.

Equipped with an intelligent operation and control system, the machine offers simple, user-friendly, and highly flexible operation for both automated and semi-automated scenarios.

Optional configurations include:

  • CCD molten pool monitoring

  • Closed-loop molten pool temperature control

  • Adaptive height-following system

  • Oscillation system

  • Online preheating system

  • Wire feeding modules (cold wire / hot wire)
