O Greenstone Modular Mobile Cart Laser Remanufacturing System için inşa edilmiştir fast on-site laser repair and remanufacturing under complex field conditions such as outdoor environments, port operations, and shipyard maintenance. Designed around a compact, modular architecture, the system is easy to assemble, transport, and deploy—enabling high-quality laser cladding/repair without the need to move heavy workpieces back to a workshop.

The platform emphasizes mobility and flexibility. Its modular structure supports efficient packing and convenient transportation, while the compact footprint allows access to tight working spaces. The robot work carrier adopts electric travel control, improving maneuverability and enabling quick positioning around large equipment.

With support for semiconductor/fiber lasers and multiple beam shapes (round, strip/linear, square), the system can be adapted to a broad range of repair and surface strengthening tasks. It also supports both vehicle-mounted coaxial Ve vehicle-mounted off-axis powder feeding configurations, enabling flexible process selection based on site conditions, geometry, and efficiency targets. Track execution supports both planar and 3D paths, helping address real-world repair scenarios where surfaces are not perfectly flat.

This system is ideal for industries requiring fast response and minimized downtime—such as heavy industry, marine, energy, mining, and large equipment maintenance—where on-site remanufacturing can significantly reduce lifecycle cost.
