The Greenstone GST Outer Diameter & Inner Bore Laser Quenching System este un industrial călire cu laser / călire de suprafață cu laser solution engineered specifically for OD (external cylinder) and ID (inner bore) heat treatment of long-shaft and tubular components. It is built to meet real-world market demand for higher wear resistance, longer service life, and repeatable hardening quality on parts such as shafts, sleeves, bushings, bearing seats, hydraulic components, rollers, and other cylindrical parts where both the outer surface and internal holes require strengthening.
Designed around a 6–10 axis linkage motion mode, the system supports complex scanning paths and stable process control on challenging geometries. With a 2–10 m forming/processing range, the GST series is ideal for long workpieces and complex curved surfaces that are difficult to treat consistently using conventional methods. The laser quenching process delivers controlled heat input to targeted areas, improving surface strength and wear resistance while minimizing overall thermal impact—an advantage when customers need precision strengthening without excessive distortion or broad heat-affected zones.
