The Greenstone GST-ND Series Internal Bore Laser Cladding Optics Head is purpose-built for inner diameter (ID) laser cladding—including internal holes, deep holes, blind holes, and internal surface rebuilding where conventional external cladding heads cannot reach. It adopts an internal-cavity spiral water-cooling system, providing stronger and more uniform cooling for long-duration operation in high-power cladding environments. To fit different bore geometries and process windows, the optics head supports multiple nozzle specifications, improving adaptability for internal diameters, access constraints, and application scenarios (ID build-up, sealing surfaces, internal wear rings, blind-hole repairs, etc.).
