The Greenstone GST-ND Series Internal Bore Laser Cladding Optics Head is purpose-built for inner diameter (ID) laser cladding—including internal holes, deep holes, blind holes, and internal surface rebuilding where conventional external cladding heads cannot reach. Designed for demanding repair and remanufacturing tasks, the GST-ND series supports high-power laser processing up to 10 kW, and is compatible with mainstream lasere cu fibră și diode (semiconductor) lasers via QBH / QD / LLK interfaces. By combining dedicated optical paths with multiple nozzle options, the GST-ND enables stable energy delivery and powder/gas shielding inside confined spaces, helping industries restore worn internal bores, sleeves, cylinders, and heavy-duty tubular parts. The GST-ND series is engineered specifically for heat management and process stability in deep internal cladding. It adopts an internal-cavity spiral water-cooling system, providing stronger and more uniform cooling for long-duration operation in high-power cladding environments. To fit different bore geometries and process windows, the optics head supports multiple nozzle specifications, improving adaptability for internal diameters, access constraints, and application scenarios (ID build-up, sealing surfaces, internal wear rings, blind-hole repairs, etc.). For users who need better process visibility and quality control, the GST-ND can be configured with optional CCD monitoring, making it easier to observe the melt pool/cladding process and support more consistent results. With standardized interfaces and selectable focal configurations, the series is optimized for production lines and remanufacturing stations that require repeatability, stable cladding performance, and efficient integration.
