O Greenstone GST Series 3D Galvo Remote Welding Control System is an industrial laser welding controller designed for 3D galvanometer (galvo) remote welding e flying welding applications. It can coordinate an external 3D scan head (galvo), fiber laser source, e external motion axes/robots to achieve high-speed, high-precision laser welding with real-time process feedback. Built for automotive and new energy production, the system supports complex welding scenarios such as busbar welding, sealing pin welding, car doors, and body-in-white (BIW) components. With multi-protocol industrial fieldbus compatibility and safety-oriented monitoring, the GST controller helps manufacturers improve productivity, reduce non-welding movement time, and maintain stable weld consistency in high-takt production lines.
