The gantry-type laser cladding system is primarily designed for the cladding and surface enhancement of large and irregularly shaped workpieces. Featuring a gantry structure combined with a cantilever six-axis robotic arm, the equipment provides a comprehensive solution for ultra-large and complex components that require high-precision laser cladding.

This advanced system has been successfully applied to the laser cladding of boiler water-cooled wall tube panels, demonstrating its reliability, stability, and suitability for heavy-duty industrial environments.
