The coal mining machinery industry has strict requirements on the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and oxidation resistance of the parts surface. The low-cost metal electroplating technology is gradually being replaced by laser reprocessing technology due to serious environmental pollution. The ultra-high-speed laser cladding equipment on the market is currently discouraged by customers due to factors such as high price, long payback period, and complex operation. Based on the above pain points, our company has innovatively developed and launched coal mining machinery cladding special equipment, which has the characteristics of high integration, flexible operation, high power, high stability, high coating quality and high production efficiency, and high cost performance. It can fully realize the requirements of cladding/additive manufacturing and replacing electroplating of large shaft workpieces. At the same time, our company has accumulated a database of laser additive processes for various high-performance alloy materials in the coal mining machinery industry, so the equipment has been widely favored by customers once it was launched.

  1. The equipment consists of a base part, a spindle part, a tailstock part, a three-axis linear coordinate motion part, a laser, a water cooler, a powder feeder, a linear spot laser head, and an electrical control system.
  2. Stable coating process: The laser broadband cladding technology developed by Huirui has obtained a stable coating process suitable for the production of hydraulic props through a series of tests and process optimization.
  3. The casting bed is adopted, the mechanical structure has good rigidity, and the equipment has high stability. The spindle is driven by a servo motor, the high-precision reducer has stepless speed change, and the low-speed stability is good; the moving part is directly driven by a servo motor with high transmission accuracy.
  4. The operation is simple, fast and easy to maintain.
