O Long-Focus Water-Cooled Coaxial 4-Stream Laser Cladding Nozzle from Pedra Verde foi concebido para high-efficiency DED/LMD laser cladding on large components where long working distance, high deposition productivity, e stable coating quality are essential. Compared with conventional coaxial annular e 3-point designs, this 4-stream coaxial nozzle delivers a larger powder spot e um longer standoff, making it especially effective for high-speed cladding and large-area surface processing.

Its optimized coaxial powder delivery forms a concentrated, controllable powder focus that can be precisely matched to the laser spot. When paired with high-power, large-spot laser sources, the nozzle helps achieve higher cladding efficiency while maintaining stable melt pool behavior and consistent layer formation. The water-cooling structure supports long-duration operation and contributes to extended service life, reducing downtime and improving production continuity in demanding industrial environments.
