O Greenstone Custom Multi-Channel Laser Cladding Nozzle is a high-performance powder-feeding solution engineered for demanding DED/LMD laser cladding applications that require stable deposition across large working angles and consistent powder–laser alignment. Built around a precision multi-channel structure, this nozzle was validated through multi-dimensional simulation combined with real production testing to achieve excellent powder convergence e high powder utilization, helping deliver dense, reliable cladding results.
A key advantage of the Greenstone multi-channel design is its ability to maintain stable powder delivery during large angle and orientation changes (0°–180° processing range). This effectively reduces process deviation caused by gravity effects—preventing powder and laser from drifting out of alignment and improving repeatability in the cladding zone.
For complex parts and constrained work envelopes, the nozzle adopts a compact, robust mechanical structure that helps avoid interference at certain machining positions, improving accessibility and reducing the risk of “unreachable” cladding areas. The internal powder channels use high wear-resistant materials to slow performance degradation caused by high-speed powder erosion, extending service stability over long operating cycles.
To support long-duration production, the nozzle can be configured with multiple water-cooling ports for improved thermal control and continuous-process stability.
