پودر سوپرآلیاژ پایه نیکل GREENSTONE IN825 is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant metal powder developed for components and protective coatings operating in aggressive chemical, marine, oil & gas, and industrial environments.
IN825 is a globally recognized nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper and titanium additions. Its alloy chemistry provides excellent resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, stress-corrosion cracking, pitting, crevice corrosion and general corrosion.
With spherical morphology and controlled particle size distribution, GREENSTONE IN825 powder is suitable for thermal spraying, laser cladding, Directed Energy Deposition (DED), surface engineering and compatible metal additive manufacturing processes. It is particularly valuable where long-term corrosion resistance is more important than the very high-temperature strength typically associated with alloys such as IN718.
