GREENSTONE IN718 nickel-based superalloy powder is a high-performance spherical metal powder designed for Directed Energy Deposition (DED), laser metal 3D printing, laser cladding and additive manufacturing of components requiring high mechanical strength, fatigue resistance and reliable performance at elevated temperatures.
IN718 is an internationally recognized precipitation-hardenable nickel-based superalloy widely used for demanding components in aerospace, energy, power generation, industrial manufacturing and high-temperature engineering. Its nickel-chromium matrix, combined with niobium, molybdenum, titanium and aluminum, provides an excellent balance of strength, oxidation resistance, fatigue performance and thermal stability.
The spherical powder morphology provides good flowability and consistent powder feeding, making IN718 particularly suitable for precision DED deposition, component repair, near-net-shape manufacturing and metal additive manufacturing.

The high nickel and chromium content provides good resistance to oxidation and corrosion, allowing IN718 components and deposited layers to perform reliably in demanding industrial environments.
Spherical Gas-Atomized Powder
Gas atomization produces highly spherical particles with controlled particle size distribution, supporting consistent powder flow and repeatable processing. Particle size ranges can be selected according to the deposition system and application.
A typical range for additive manufacturing is 15-45 میکرومتر, while other particle size distributions can be supplied for DED and laser cladding applications.
