GREENSTONE IN625, IN718 and IN825 nickel-based superalloy powders are high-performance spherical metal powders engineered for demanding manufacturing, surface engineering and component repair applications requiring excellent high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and process stability.

These nickel alloy powders are suitable for laser cladding, Directed Energy Deposition (DED), metal additive manufacturing, laser metal 3D printing, thermal spraying and surface restoration, depending on the selected alloy grade and particle size distribution.

IN625 provides an excellent combination of corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high-temperature performance, making it suitable for marine, oil & gas, chemical processing, energy and high-temperature components.

IN718 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-based superalloy offering excellent mechanical strength and elevated-temperature performance. It is widely used for high-performance components requiring strength, fatigue resistance and dimensional stability.

IN825 provides outstanding resistance to aggressive corrosive environments and is particularly suitable for chemical processing, oil & gas, marine engineering and other applications exposed to acids and corrosive media.

GREENSTONE nickel-based alloy powders can be supplied with different particle size distributions according to the target manufacturing process and equipment configuration.

High-Performance Nickel-Based Superalloy Powders

GREENSTONE IN625, IN718 and IN825 powders combine the inherent properties of internationally recognized nickel-based alloys with controlled powder morphology and particle size distribution. Their spherical morphology supports stable powder feeding, consistent deposition and uniform material delivery during advanced laser and additive manufacturing processes.

IN625 – Corrosion & High-Temperature Resistance

IN625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium superalloy recognized for its excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation while maintaining good mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.

IN718 – High-Strength Additive Manufacturing Alloy

Its combination of strength, fatigue resistance, oxidation resistance and thermal stability makes it suitable for DED additive manufacturing, laser metal deposition and metal 3D printing.

Typical applications include turbine-related components, energy equipment, high-temperature mechanical parts and other components exposed to demanding thermal and mechanical loads.

IN825 – Corrosion-Resistant Nickel Alloy

IN825 is designed for applications requiring strong resistance to aggressive corrosive environments. Its nickel-iron-chromium base combined with molybdenum and copper provides resistance to various reducing and oxidizing media.

Optimized Spherical Powder Morphology

Gas-atomized spherical morphology provides good powder flowability and consistent feeding characteristics. This is particularly important for laser cladding, DED and additive manufacturing systems where stable powder delivery directly affects deposition consistency and process repeatability.

Multiple Particle Size Options

Particle size distribution can be selected according to the manufacturing process. Fine and medium powder fractions can be supplied for different laser deposition, additive manufacturing and thermal spray requirements.

Typical available ranges include 15–45 μm, 15–53 μm and 20–75 μm, with customized particle size distributions available according to application requirements.
