GREENSTONE Nickel-Chromium (Ni-Cr) Alloy Powder is a high-performance nickel-based metal powder developed for laser cladding, HVOF thermal spraying, plasma spraying, surface coating and industrial remanufacturing applications requiring excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and thermal stability.
With nickel as the balance and approximately ۱۰.۵ تا ۱۸ درصد کروم, the alloy is engineered to form protective chromium-rich oxide layers at elevated temperatures, helping protect industrial components against oxidation and surface degradation. The addition of molybdenum, silicon and controlled carbon further supports wear performance, coating integrity and high-temperature service capability.
The powder is produced by اتمیزه شدن گاز to achieve a spherical morphology, controlled particle size distribution and reliable flowability. Multiple particle size ranges are available to accommodate different laser cladding and thermal spray processes.

Excellent High-Temperature Oxidation Resistance
تقریبا 20–23% chromium content promotes the formation of a protective chromium oxide layer under elevated-temperature conditions, improving oxidation resistance and helping extend component service life in severe thermal environments.
This makes the alloy suitable for turbines, energy equipment, industrial machinery and other components exposed to repeated high-temperature service.
High Wear and Surface Protection Performance
The nickel-chromium alloy system provides a combination of toughness, wear resistance and coating stability. Depending on deposition parameters and subsequent heat treatment, deposited coatings can achieve approximately 300-400 HV in the as-sprayed condition and up to approximately 600 HV after suitable post-heat treatment.

Particle size distributions can be selected according to the specific spray equipment and coating requirements.
Compatible with Plasma Spray Processes
In addition to laser cladding and HVOF, the alloy powder can be used in compatible plasma spray processes for high-temperature protective coatings and surface engineering applications.

Gas atomization provides a highly spherical powder morphology with good flowability and controlled particle size distribution.
