Der Greenstone Coaxial Linear Nozzle is a high-efficiency laser cladding (DED/LMD) solution engineered to deliver a stable strip-shaped (linear) powder stream for large-area and high-throughput surface processing. Designed to work with a laser cladding head equipped with a beam homogenizer/beam-shaping optics, it supports efficient deposition on large workpiece surfaces where productivity and track consistency are critical.
This nozzle uses Koaxiale Pulverförderung to form a controlled linear powder distribution that can be accurately aligned with the laser spot, helping stabilize the melt pool and improve track uniformity.
