To meet the growing demand for rapid on-site repair and reliable maintenance of large industrial equipment, the Greenstone GMobiMRO® mobile laser cladding system is specially developed as a compact, modular, and intelligent laser repair platform. The equipment combines portability, precision laser cladding, robotic motion control, and flexible deployment capability to provide efficient repair solutions for complex industrial applications.

The modular structure design allows fast transportation, quick assembly, and convenient field operation. The system adopts PLC-based centralized control architecture to coordinate the laser source, powder feeder, robotic motion system, and process parameters for stable and intelligent laser cladding operation. Through robotic teaching and adaptive motion control, the equipment can perform laser additive repair and surface restoration on a wide range of complex metal workpieces directly at the customer site.
