The Greenstone G Metal DED® series metal additive manufacturing system is designed for high-throughput laser cladding, metal direct energy deposition (DED) and industrial metal 3D printing applications. The equipment supports multi-material gradient deposition, complex metal component manufacturing and high-efficiency remanufacturing repair, making it an ideal solution for advanced industrial additive manufacturing.

The system can be customized according to different production requirements and is suitable for batch manufacturing, precision repair and functional metal part production. Equipped with an intelligent control system, coaxial powder feeding technology and modular process configurations, the equipment provides stable deposition quality, flexible material compatibility and efficient industrial operation. The G Metal+® series equipment consists of a three-axis (fourth and fifth axes can be expanded) motion mechanism built by electric cylinders, a self-developed automatic powder feeder, a laser head, a nozzle, a motion control system, a water cooler, a laser, etc.
