G Metal+One® Industrial Metal DED 3D Printing System is a compact laser metal additive manufacturing platform developed for universities, research institutes, material laboratories and industrial R&D applications. Based on advanced Direct Energy Deposition (DED) and Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) technology, the system is designed for metal material development, composition screening, gradient material research and small-scale industrial additive manufacturing.
Compared with traditional industrial laser cladding equipment, the system features a compact structure, low powder consumption and flexible operation while maintaining excellent process performance. The multi-channel intelligent powder feeding system supports real-time mixing of multiple metal powders with accurately controllable ratios, making it suitable for alloy development and advanced material testing.
The integrated high-throughput testing software supports one-time batch printing of multiple material compositions, significantly improving research efficiency and reducing development costs.
