Naš Greenstone GST-HD Series High-Speed Laser Cladding Optics Head je strokovni razred coaxial powder laser cladding (LMD/DED) processing head zasnovan za high-deposition, high-travel-speed cladding and fine deposition applications. Built to meet real industrial demand for productivity and repeatability, the GST-HD head supports up to 8 kW laser power, making it suitable for high-speed cladding tasks where stable energy delivery and powder feeding consistency are critical. The head is designed to be compatible with mainstream laser sources—including fiber lasers and semiconductor (diode) lasers—and supports common fiber interfaces QBH / QD / LLK, helping integrators and end users reduce integration time and cost.
For high-speed manufacturing and remanufacturing, customers need a cladding head that can run continuously, maintain melt-pool stability, and resist dust and powder contamination. The GST-HD series addresses these challenges with an IP65 sealed structure, internal dual water-cooling for thermal stability and optics protection, and a ring-structure cladding nozzle optimized for high-speed processes.
