The Greenstone G Wire DED® environmental chamber wire-fed metal additive manufacturing system is designed for high-precision metal 3D printing, laser wire deposition and advanced industrial remanufacturing applications. Based on laser wire additive manufacturing (WLAM) technology and inert gas environmental chamber protection, the system delivers stable deposition quality, high material utilization and excellent metallurgical performance for demanding industrial applications.
The equipment adopts an advanced dual-laser wire feeding architecture with intermediate wire feeding technology, flexible sealing chamber design and CCD molten pool monitoring system to ensure precise process control and reliable operation. It is suitable for manufacturing and repairing high-value metal components in industries such as energy, oil & gas, engineering machinery, aerospace, mold manufacturing and heavy industry. Greenstone laser wire additive manufacturing technology combines high-energy laser processing with precision metal wire feeding to achieve high-efficiency and high-quality metal deposition. Compared with traditional powder-based metal additive manufacturing, wire-fed DED technology offers higher material utilization, lower operating cost, cleaner processing conditions and improved deposition efficiency.
The system is particularly suitable for large metal structures, reactive alloy processing and industrial repair applications requiring high deposition rates and excellent metallurgical properties.
