Equipment Configuration

  • The mobile laser cladding system consists of portable front-end processing modules and integrated rear-end power modules for rapid field deployment;
  • The front-end system includes a multi-axis industrial robot, mobile platform, electrical control unit, automatic powder feeder, laser cladding head, and precision cladding nozzle;
  • The rear-end system integrates a high-power fiber laser, industrial water chiller, electrical cabinet, and protective gas supply system;
