Ten Greenstone 20 kW Heavy-Duty Robotic Laser Welding Platform is a high-power automated welding solution designed for large structures, thick sections, and high-throughput production. Built around an industrial robotic welding cell, the platform integrates high-power laser welding with robust positioning capacity, enabling stable welding quality across long seams and complex assemblies.

This platform supports multiple laser welding modes including laser autogenous welding, laser filler-wire welding, I laser arc hybrid processes. It is also designed to support advanced process capabilities such as laser swing/oscillation welding I laser spot welding, helping manufacturers handle fit-up variation, improve seam stability, and increase productivity in demanding fabrication environments.

To enhance automation and part handling, the system supports both dual-axis and single-axis positioners, enabling efficient workpiece manipulation and repeatable welding access angles. With a maximum robotic working reach of up to 2300 mm and high-load positioning support, the system is suitable for heavy industries such as shipbuilding, steel structures, construction machinery, rail transportation, and large industrial manufacturing—where production stability and welding consistency are mission-critical.
