    The switching of the tool head requires manual operation by the operator. The specific steps are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1) Ensure that all energy sources of the equipment are safely cut off;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2) Clean the dust, welding slag, powder, etc. around the tool head, pull out the optical fiber, and wear a safety plug;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3) Cut off the powder feeding pipe, shielding gas and other pipelines between the powder feeder and the cladding head;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4) Loosen the quick-change connector and remove the high-speed cladding head;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5) Replace the broadband cladding head and lock the quick-change connector;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
