The Greenstone GMobiMRO mobile laser cladding system is a next-generation on-site laser repair solution developed for rapid industrial maintenance, surface restoration, and additive remanufacturing of large components. Designed with a fully modular structure, the system integrates the core laser cladding modules into transportable units that can be quickly delivered, assembled, and deployed directly at the customer’s facility.
The equipment is specifically engineered to reduce maintenance downtime, labor costs, and equipment transportation expenses for heavy industrial applications. It supports fast on-site repair of large shafts, rollers, turbines, hydraulic components, mining equipment, and other oversized workpieces that are difficult or impossible to disassemble and transport. With intelligent centralized control, high mobility, stable laser output, and flexible robotic operation, the GMobiMRO system provides an efficient and reliable solution for industrial laser cladding, surface strengthening, and metal additive repair applications.
Equipment Configuration
- The mobile laser cladding system consists of portable front-end processing modules and integrated rear-end power modules for rapid field deployment;
- The front-end system includes a multi-axis industrial robot, mobile platform, electrical control unit, automatic powder feeder, laser cladding head, and precision cladding nozzle;
- The rear-end system integrates a high-power fiber laser, industrial water chiller, electrical cabinet, and protective gas supply system;
- Modular integration enables quick transportation, assembly, disassembly, and relocation for different industrial maintenance scenarios.
