The Greenstone G iLAM® series large environmental chamber robotic laser cladding and metal DED additive manufacturing system is designed for high-value industrial repair, near-net-shape forming and advanced metal additive manufacturing applications. Based on robotic laser cladding, coaxial powder feeding and inert gas environmental chamber technology, the system delivers high-precision metal deposition for large and complex industrial components.

The equipment is widely used for processing nickel-based superalloys, titanium alloys, cobalt-based alloys, stainless steel and high-strength steel components in industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, energy, mining, molds and heavy industry. The fully enclosed low-oxygen chamber, intelligent robotic motion control system and coaxial visual monitoring technology ensure stable cladding quality, precise deposition accuracy and reliable long-term industrial operation.   2. High-efficiency chamber circulation and purification system significantly improves low-oxygen environment stabilization and production efficiency;
