G Metal+® Large Environmental Chamber Laser Cladding & Metal DED 3D Printing System is a large-scale industrial metal additive manufacturing platform developed for high-value metal component manufacturing, remanufacturing repair and advanced metal DED applications. Based on laser coaxial powder feeding technology, the system performs layer-by-layer metal deposition according to programmed tool paths, enabling mold-free manufacturing of large and complex metal parts.

The system integrates an inert gas sealed chamber, intelligent dust collection system, high-power fiber laser, precision laser processing head, multi-axis motion platform, automatic powder feeder and industrial water cooling system into a highly integrated manufacturing solution.
