Working Principle

The equipment uses intelligent control software to automatically generate deposition paths and independently control the powder feeding rate of each powder channel according to preset experimental parameters. During operation, the environmental chamber maintains a low oxygen and moisture atmosphere through inert gas protection to ensure stable metal deposition quality.

Different metal powders are transported through the multi-channel powder feeding system and mixed in real time before entering the coaxial laser nozzle. The high-energy laser melts the powder material layer by layer along the programmed path to manufacture material samples or functional metal structures with different composition ratios. This process enables efficient preparation of alloy samples, gradient materials, and metal additive manufacturing research components with excellent repeatability and process stability.
