The G Metal+® Industrial Laser Cladding & Metal DED 3D Printing System is equipped with a high-performance multi-axis motion platform supporting expandable 4-axis and 5-axis configurations. The system integrates an independently developed automatic powder feeder, laser processing head, precision nozzle system, CNC motion control system, industrial water chiller and fiber laser source to provide stable and efficient industrial metal additive manufacturing capability.

The G Metal+® Industrial Laser Cladding & Metal DED 3D Printing System adopts a high-precision multi-axis motion architecture combined with rotary positioning systems to support laser cladding repair, metal additive manufacturing and near-net-shape forming applications.
The system is widely used for high-value industrial components requiring strict control of oxidation, metallurgical bonding quality and dimensional precision, including oil & gas drilling tools, molds, mining equipment, power industry components, metallurgical parts and heavy industrial machinery.
It is also suitable for metal direct energy deposition (DED) 3D printing, functional gradient material manufacturing, surface strengthening and remanufacturing repair of large metal parts, helping manufacturers reduce production costs, extend component service life and improve equipment reliability.
