What is SEBM 3D Printing<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Selective Electron Beam Melting (SEBM) is an additive manufacturing technology that uses high-energy electron beams as an energy source to manufacture solid parts by melting metal powder layer by layer in a high vacuum environment. The principle is that the electron beam quickly scans and melts the spherical metal powder pre-laid on the forming base plate according to the planned path. After completing a layer of scanning and melting, the workbench drops to a certain height, and a new layer of powder is laid. The electron beam scans and melts again according to the path, and this process is repeated, layer by layer, to complete the manufacturing of metal parts from two-dimensional to three-dimensional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
