The Greenstone G Wire DED® environmental chamber wire-fed metal additive manufacturing system is designed for high-precision metal 3D printing, laser wire deposition and advanced industrial remanufacturing applications. Based on laser wire additive manufacturing (WLAM) technology and inert gas environmental chamber protection, the system delivers stable deposition quality, high material utilization and excellent metallurgical performance for demanding industrial applications.
The equipment adopts an advanced dual-laser wire feeding architecture with intermediate wire feeding technology, flexible sealing chamber design and CCD molten pool monitoring system to ensure precise process control and reliable operation.
